The City Airport Train (CAT) takes you from the airport to the city centre in only 16 minutes. Take the suburban train (S 1) or the tram (line 0) from the terminus (Bahnhof Wien Mitte) to the south railway station (Südbahnhof).

Note: The City Airport Train Betriebs GmbH will be offering journalists participating in this event tickets for the CAT at the reduced price of €5 single/€10 return (normal price €9 single/€16 return). These can be purchased on the train on presentation of the accreditation confirmation, a press card or letter of confirmation from the media organisation.
There are trains from Vienna south railway station to Eisenstadt via Neusiedl am See (change there) or Wulkaprodersdorf (change there).
There is no public transport from Eisenstadt railway station to the venue in Schloss Esterhazy. The journey on foot along Ruster Street takes 10 to 15 minutes.
There are buses to Eisenstadt from Vienna Südtiroler Platz operated by ÖBB-Postbusse: No 566 (1156). The journey takes between 60 and 75 minutes.
The stop nearest the venue is Esterhazystraße.
